Refer & Earn – Terms & Conditions

The Finanjo Refer & Earn Program ("Program") allows eligible users to earn rewards by inviting friends to sign up and use the Finanjo app. By participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The program is available only to registered Finanjo users with a verified account.
  • Referrals must be new users who have never registered on Finanjo before.
  • Finanjo employees, partners, or affiliates may be restricted from participating.

2. How Rewards Are Earned

You can earn rewards when your referred friend completes the following steps:

Step 1: Sign-up Reward

You earn ₹25 when your friend signs up using your referral code and completes account setup with approved consent.

Step 2: First Split Reward

You earn an additional ₹25 when your friend completes their first split on Finanjo and saves ₹50 through either:

  • a savings goal, OR
  • a fixed deposit (FD) maturity.

Step 3: Bonus Reward

You can earn up to ₹100 per friend, depending on their engagement milestones.

Minimum withdrawal threshold: ₹500 accumulated rewards.

3. Referral Rules

  • Your friend must enter or get attributed to your referral code during signup.
  • Multiple referrals cannot claim the same user.
  • Self-referrals (same device, number, PAN, or bank account) will not qualify.
  • Rewards are added only after successful verification and completion of required actions by the referred user.

4. Reward Payouts

  • Rewards will be visible in your "Earnings" section within the app.
  • Payout timelines may vary depending on verification and partner bank processing.
  • Payouts are initiated twice a month, on the 15th and 30th.
  • Finanjo reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards in case of fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity.

5. Program Limitations

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted except as stated in the app.
  • The program may be paused, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • Finanjo's decision regarding reward eligibility is final and binding.

6. Fraud Prevention

The following actions will be considered misuse and may lead to suspension or ban:

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts
  • Using virtual numbers, emulators, or automated tools
  • Manipulating referral journeys or inflating activity
  • Any behavior violating Finanjo's Terms and Conditions

7. Liability

  • Finanjo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party partners, banking systems, or network issues.
  • Users participate at their own discretion and agree that Finanjo's responsibility is limited to issuing rewards as per the rules.
