These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the services provided by Finanjo Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U66190RJ2025PTC103553), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 10/1, Basement, Chitrakoo Stadium, Near HDFC Bank, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, 302021 (“Finanjo”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), through the Finanjo website, mobile applications, APIs, and any other digital interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, You signify that You have read, understood, acknowledged, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policy or document expressly incorporated herein. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not access or use the Platform.

• Finanjo does not hold your money at any point. Finanjo acts as a distributor platform and helps you connect to the financial institutions (Banks, small finance banks, NBFCs etc)
• Finanjo might use third party service providers to enable FDs on the platform. Certain data will be passed through third party servers to enable services.
• Any disputes arising out of the transaction will directly have to be settled with the banks. Users can get in touch with the compliance officer at Finanjo at [email protected] and Finanjo will help you get in touch with the right people.
• The interest rates and other terms of the FD are subject to change as per bank and RBI guidelines.
